A sketchbook assignment from this semester. I'm actually enjoying doing these more now since I'm actually putting forth an effort. I figured since I want to be an illustrator I better focus on my art a lot more.


The prompt was "Active Time." My interpretation of this is drawing when I feel the most active and that is when I am "Creating." When I'm drawing or writing and I usually listen to music when doing both. Music makes me feel active both physically and mentally. I swear, I'm going to have to have a set-up in the future where my desk is in front of a treadmill


Yes, I'm still playing around with style and trying to break away from anime.


Yes, all of the characters are mine (And the writing is snippets from one of my notebooks. Nothing overly exposing . Only I know what it's referencing.


And I took a photograph of this because I don't wanna risk mucking up my sketchbook, when I have to hand it in (Twice) still. I may update it with an actual scan once I'm out of school. May (That means I'll probably forget or lose interest)
