Here is something to tide you over until I have time to scan everything else I did over my vacation.


This is one of my own OCs, Mieko. He's one of my older characters and is from one of my older stories that I recently totally revamped (And made less lame, hopefully). He's a fun character to play around with, but a little frustrating at times because I have to get into his head when it comes to designing stuff for him. Because he designs almost everything he wears, uses, etc. When he's older he gains a better sense of sophistication, but when he's young (like in this sketch; age 15) he's...weird.


What he's called depends on what world he travels to (Yes, he's a dimension traveler). In some he could be completely unknown, in others known as a warrior or perhaps a historical figure if it's a place he's previously traveled to, then again there are some worlds he or others like him have traversed where he's known as a God ... lol silly people.


Mieko starts out as pretty much a kid with a dark past that he's try to run away from. In a moment of danger his powers awaken prematurely and he's sent to the world where his mentor is supposed to reside. Unfortunately for him, said mentor was killed and he now has to figure out almost everything on his own. There is one other character who is aware of Mieko's abilities and was tutored by the same man who was to be Mieko's teacher. This character, Kuro, helps him work out a lot of his problems while Mieko helps him fight a rising war in his world.


It gets a lot more complicated than that, as well as more detailed (I'm not typing out a full summary to any of my ideas on DA, sorry ) but the gist of it is a teenage boy is going through teenage stuff, as well as the added addition of his past weighing him down and working to control powers that only a handful of beings in the entirety of existence have. Much fun (incidentally, this was the first story I wrote that had shonen-ai in it, and towards then end actually have yaoi lol.)
