My submission in 
's Mega Woman Collaboration, where every character (outside of the X series and some from the Archie comics) is being genderswapped.
For reference, I didn't do the Oil Man designed by Dr. Light, but the Oil Man from the PC games who looks like this: megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Oil_Man… fc09.deviantart.net/fs70/i/201… (Top left)
Instead of picking one of the characters I know=who were still available at the time, I decided to pick a character I had never heard of (I didn't even know there was a second Oil Man). And while I enjoy doing Genderbends I figured it would be a bit of a challenge to genderbend a robot. And it kind of was? I kept on tweaking and tweaking and tweaking this drawing until I figured it was enough.... and then I tweaked it some more.

You did a really good job. I imagine it's difficult to gender swap robot characters without resorting to cheats like big armor boobs or giving them huge bows and eyelashes. But you masterfully side-stepped that nonsense.
